Hospitality is in our blood. When we were refurbishing Hotel Gardenazza, we wanted to create a space that exudes calm, far from the frantic pace of daily life – somewhere we could offer our guests true hospitality. And Mirjam and Oskar’s loving eye for detail has made making the most of the unspoilt nature of the Dolomites look like child’s play.
Oskar enjoys sharing the traditional cuisine of this mountain region with our guests, showcasing local products and regional delicacies. Everything from focacce bread to fresh pasta is lovingly made here from scratch, to get the best out of our carefully selected local ingredients. And the finishing touch to every meal is Mirjam’s excellent hosting, which is sure to make you feel at home.
We are passionate about being bike friendly: from our bike storage facility to our Bike Info Point, you will find everything you need to take on Alpine passes and explore paths through forests and meadows. As well as being owner and chef, Oskar is a keen cyclist, always ready to hop on his bike. He cycles thousands of kilometres annually and competes in all the major events in South Tyrol.
