Conditions of stay

The rooms are reserveted from 14.00 (arrive) to 9.30 (leave). Please notify the hotel in the event of a delay (after 7 p.m.)

Prices are shown in euros, per person, per day for half board (breakfast and dinner) for a minimum of seven overnight stays. Prices include service, taxes and vat. Persons aged 14 years and over will from 1.1.2015 have to pay a local tax of 3,00 € per person and night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and it is only payable on departure.

The price include: Ski-taxi to the skiing facilities of Santa Croce; Private parking area; Internet WIFI.

The price not include: The use of the sauna and infrared cabin (5 € per person). Bathrobe rental (7 € per person)

We consider a reservation definitive after the receipt of a deposit of min. 250,00 €/ max 500,00 € per room and week.

For postponed arrive or advanced departure we account the day-price of the room.

  • 0-3 years = -70%
  • 3-6 years = -50%
  • 6-12 years = -30%
  • 12-16 years = - 20%

Additional rate for single use of a double room: + 50/100%

Third bed for adults -6,00 €

  • Until 40 days before your arrival: The deposits will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 25,00-.
  • From 39 to 31 days before arrival: Calculation of 40 % of the total price
  • From 30 to 11 days before arrival: Calculation of 70 % of the total price
  • For cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the amount paid for the missing days.

We are sorry for not accepting pets in our hotel.

Smoking in the rooms is forbidden.

We recommend completing a travel insurance with your insurance agency in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.

Three days in a cycling paradise. This hotel is PERFECT - Miriam is a great front of house host and Oskar is a superb chef. Great location too - handy for Giau and Sellaronda (or Maratona dles Dolomites).
